The following are the Guidelines, Policies and Procedures that govern use of ZMA for Special Events. All special events must be in conformance with established ZMA requirements and must not interrupt the Museum's operations. If you would like to inquire about scheduling an event, please contact the Museum at (740) 452-0741 during normal business hours. Thank you! Events outside public hours, requiring complex setup, or including attendance over 75 persons are charged accordingly. Some larger events will require a security person. The Director of the Museum will determine whether security is necessary. For-profit organizations or private events up to 75 persons, routine setup Not-for-profit organizations (501(c)3 certification must be provided):

All checks should be made payable to the Zanesville Museum of Art and sent to 620 Military Road, Zanesville, OH 43701.

Set-up/Breakdowns Set-ups and breakdowns may not interfere with ZMA visitors or guests at any time. Set-up time will be scheduled as available due to public hours. Arrangements must be made in advance. Breakdown must occur immediately after the event, and all rental items and decorations must be removed from the event areas at that time. Rental charges do not include the removal of bulk trash, crates, lumber and packing materials, which are to be removed by the Patron not later than the end of the breakdown period. Any such accumulation not so removed and removed by ZMA personnel will result in a charge to the Patron at prevailing rates. ZMA is not responsible for any items left following an event.
